The Newburgh Sting

FBI undercover footage tells the story of the Newburgh Four and the U.S. government’s practice of entrapping Muslims and selling their arrests to the public as anti-terror victories.

Told with a shocking, thriller style, four poor African-Americans are lured by an FBI informant into a wild plot to bomb a synagogue.  Their arrests were publicized as a great success, the men now serve 25 years in prison.  Yet the entire scheme was manufactured by the government, a reality which casts our domestic war on terror in a deeply unsettling, new light.
