Anna (Tamzin Merchant) the Skipper of the catamaran WATER MARGIN and  Virgil, the First Mate  (Julian Silver) meet  Alison (Hannah Taylor Gordon) when she wants to rent the boat for her birthday party, with surprise consequences for all.  A comedy about the tricky balance between  friendship and love and how a stranger can change everything.   This short film is a continuation of Radio Cape Cod, which was shot in Woods Hole in 2007.
